The battery lasts a long time (40 miles) Repairs/issues were addressed in a reasonable, timely and efficient manner. They have an extra battery option that I highly recommend. The bikes are sturdy and solid. hen you are too tired to pedal you can use the throttle. The bikes come with lights as well as a bell. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HUB NYC!!!

The Hub NYC bikes are the best. The service is greatly excellent . The bikes amazingly have GPS, thus you can easily track your bike; in case it’s stolen or you park it somewhere you’re not familiar with.On top of that, you can turn your bike on and off using your phone that’s it. No one else can do that but you through the The HUB app.The customer service is prompt in responding to emails, helping customers out, and solving problems.I highly recommend THE HUB NYC to all bikes’ riders.
