Highly recommend this new bike shop! Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The Hub accepted my $400 e bike voucher from the city of Denver and had a great selection of e-bikes.

Tiny, friendly local ebike shop with very knowledgeable staff This is a small place, and (like all ebike stores in denver these days) supply can be hit or miss, but the extremely knowledgeable staff will talk through options with you & try to let you know when more might come in. The team clearly knows a lot about ebikes & loves them, but won't make you feel like you're "not bike-ey enough" or rush you.

Shawn was incredibly helpful. He had my bike assembled and charged when I came to pick it up. I asked about accessories, and he helped with recommendations and placed the order for me to ship them directly to my home. Can't say enough, what great service!
